  • Weekday: Mon. through Thurs.: 5:15 PM, and Fri. 7 PM in Spanish / en Español
  • Exposition and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: PERPETUAL
    (i.e. 24 hours/day, 7 days per week) in the chapel on the lower level, except on Wednesdays at which time the Sacrament is moved upstairs. Public hours are 7 AM - 9 PM. Those wishing to adore in the chapel outside of those hours should contact Richard Blaney at 271-6539 to request an electronic access card. New scheduled and committed adorers are always needed to take the place of those who are moving away because of graduation and job changes. See http://adorationchapel.com for a list of hours for which adorers are most urgently needed. Benediction at 5 PM on Wednesdays.

    Confession: Mon. -- Wed. from approx. 4:45-5:10 PM, Saturday 7:30 - 7:55 AM, 5:30-6:15 PM (in Spanish), Sunday: 10:45 - 11:15 (approx.), and sometimes after Mass on weekdays.

    4. St. Raphael's Cathedral ph: 256-5614

    Masses:

    NOTE: ON 14 MARCH 2005, the Cathedral's interior and roof were destroyed by a fire. There will be no more Masses or other activities at St. Rapahael's until further notice. Bishop Morlino has decided that a new and larger cathedral will be built on the current site. No date has been fixed as to the start of construction. Please see the Isthmus Catholic web site for the latest informatin.

    5. St. James Church ph: 256-1656
    location: South of Campus
    1128 St. James Ct. (on Charter St., 3 blocks south of Regent)

    Masses:

  • For Sunday: Saturday 5:15 PM; Sunday 8:30 AM
  • weekday: Wed. & Fri. 8:30 AM During the school year, this is primarily for the St James Elementary School students. Weekday Masses are subject to somewhat sporadic cancellations due to Msgr. Baxter's schedule. If you do not have access to the bulletin, or have knowledge of a given weeks schedule some other way, it is best to call the parish office to verify Mass any given week before depending on it.
  • weekday: Mass is celebrated on some days at later times during the week at the Church or at a nursing homes. Check the St. James bulletin for the week, or call the rectory for details any given week.
  • Note: There are Word and Communion Services usually offered at 0715 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

The easiest way there is to enter through the second floor, which is the building main level, and follow "Main Street,"
